Tasting Notes

Tasting from 24.04.2015

Medium golden yellow with green reflections; flinty bouquet, powerful, mineral, promising, apricot; slightly sparkling start on the palate, a touch of carbonation, rather lean but very densely built, steely, ripe acidity; emphatically salty finish. Great, classic, finesse-rich Chablis, a wine as if you were sucking pebbles.
