Sweet floral scents of lime, honey, buttery tones, discreet Kimmeridge mineral savouriness. Firm but also somewhat tamed acidity on the palate with rich concentration and a very vivid juicy acidity. Fine and silky with a concise mineral definition and then finally a dose of ripe sweet orchard fruit.
