Light yellow green, silver reflections. Hints of yellow stone fruit with a touch of light nougat, delicate pineapple and mango; an inviting bouquet with subtle meadow herbs in the background. Juicy, elegant, yellow apple and a touch of new wood. Fresh acidity, a salty finish with an aftertaste of lime. Balanced and sturdy wine, yet with finesse and very good length. A fine food companion.
