Light greenish yellow, silver reflections. Delicate pear fruit, mineral and with a hint of ripe mango underneath, dark minerality, fine wood savouriness. Medium complexity, white stone fruit, fresh stone fruit, subtle acid structure, some honey blossom, versatile food companion, has gained length with maturity, a hint of caramel on the finish.
