Tasting from 29.10.2020: Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter, Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Light ruby red core. Very fragrant with notes of raspberry, moss, tree resin and discreet boisée. A palate that offers sinewy and almost austere primary fruit, a slightly stemmy tannin, but a rather careful amount of it, clear talc textural minerality. Rather defensive fruit with a lime-spicy finish. Ideal for the table, but will benefit from a further ageing to reach its potential.
