Lemon peel and maize meal characterise the nose with ripeness and freshness in equal measure. The palate holds echoes of reduction and has the absolute virtue of holding freshness at its core. The echo is long - of sunny freshness - this evokes a spring breeze and finishes with a subtle hint of chalk. Beautiful.
