Tasting from 23.04.2021: Peter Moser

Dark ruby with purple reflections and a subtle ochre rim. Animal savouriness, blackberries and some saddle leather on the multi-faceted bouquet, along with nuances of liquorice in the background. Juicy and elegant, with ripe cherries, pleasant freshness, fine, supporting tannins, and minerality. It is sweet and long lasting with certain ageing potential. A versatile food companion.
