Tasting Notes

Tasting from 15.02.2013

Medium ruby-garnet color, violet reflections, broad edge brightening. Fine wild berries, delicate sour cherry fruit, hints of Gevrey-Chambertin, pleasant herbal spice. Juicy, elegant and balanced, finesse-rich acidity, fine extract sweetness, shows a quite good length, remains sticky, a hearty food companion that has development reserves.
