Light golden lemon with silver reflections. Delicately reductive white stone-fruit nuances, fine toasty notes, smoky, candied lime zest: a very inviting bouquet. Substantial, elegant, ripe peach, finesse-rich acidity, mineral and fresh, some blossom honey on the finish. It is a balanced food wine, already drinking well.
