Tasting from 21.11.2019: Gerhild Burkard, Benjamin Herzog

Pale golden yellow with silver reflections. Acacia honey, peach, subtle brioche notes and nose marked with herbal spice. Delicate mousse, appealing acidity with subtle sweet coda, complexly structured on the palate. Good length on the aftertaste with notes of apple and lemon zest. Versatile.
