The white wine Petit Chablis, vintage 2024 from the winery Domaine Séguinot Bordet has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region chablis in France.
On the nose, initial cool hints of limestone and chalky crushed rock, with notes of yellow peach, mandarin and linden blossom. Juicy and fresh on the palate, notes of ripe yellow fruit, a mineral base, good acidity and a long, salty finish. Great on its own, but also a versatile food wine.
