85 percent Mourvèdre (Monastrell). Ruby core. Garrigue, yeasty aromas, with further aeration revealing aromas of fine ground stone, wild strawberries and wild plums. On the palate, powerful tannins, attractive stemmy textures, completely ripe, with a juicy culmination of extraction and tension, strong ageing potential.
