Tasting from 28.05.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach

Salmon pink. Red berries and damp stone on the nose. Grape sugar. Oily on the palate, but also juicy and fine-nerved, good grip, body and extract harmonise, mineral notes and a tightening texture give the finish some tension. A very serious rosé that goes well with grilled octopus, for example.

Salmon pink. Red berries and damp stone, a grapey fragrance. Smooth palate, juicy, fine nervy acidity, good grip, plenty of body and extract, mineral notes, the grippy texture gives tension to the finish. A very serious rosé that would go well with a bowl of olives, but also with crustaceans from the grill.
