Tasting from 29.10.2020: Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter, Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Complex, at first a somewhat restrained bouquet. With a little time notions of flint, fresh wild berries, sour cherry and a hint of floor wax. Pleasant herbal hints too. The palate begins with a juicy attack, beautifully precise fruit, plum, cooked sour cherry, soft, flattering, fine tannin, long, mineral finish.
