Tasting from 23.03.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Nutty wood and cereal-like varietal aromas complement each other to create a purist aroma. In the mouth, too, the wine focuses on tactile minerality rather than fruit. Carried by vital acidity, the wine has a life expectancy on a par with a communal AOC from the Côte de Beaune, with medium-full body. Piquant and pithy on the finish.
