Baroque in appearance, rich red, yellow hints, amber reflections. On the nose, candied pineapple, orange peel, hints of raisin and ginger. On the palate, a well balanced interplay between the sweetness and acidity, very full-bodied on the finish thanks to opulent notes of crème caramel. A great match for cheese and caramelized apple tart.
