Light greenish yellow with silver reflections. Abate pear, ripe apple, subtle nuances of yellow kiwi and lemon thyme on the nose. Medium complexity on the palate with a pleasantly fruity acidity, underpinned by a refreshing mousse. Sweetish peach and subtle herbal savouriness show in the aftertaste. A stimulating aperitif.
