Tasting Notes

Tasting from 11.02.2011

Light yellow gold. Somewhat restrained at the start, notes of fresh grapefruit zest, fine, smoky minerality, red berry touch. Complex on the palate, concentrated body, distinctive sweetness, lots of honey, powerful finish, somewhat broad, still needs more time to fully mature, delicately bitter terroir note in the aftertaste.
