Tasting Notes

88
Tasting from 11.02.2011

Medium greenish yellow. Smoky and delicately petrol nuances, fine dry herbal spice, underlaid with yellow peach. Clearly spicy on the palate, some residual sweetness, very individual style, somewhat melting, mineral finish, seems a little imprecise at the moment, certain sharpness in the aftertaste.
