Tasting from 15.02.2013

Pale yellow-green. Delicately spicy, inviting bouquet, fresh apple, delicately smoky, a hint of flint, some grapefruit zest, attractive aroma. Juicy, elegant, fine extract sweetness, lively structure, mineral, shows very good length and freshness, lemony nuances in the aftertaste, versatile food companion. A finesse-rich Chablis with a great price-performance ratio.
