Tasting from 29.10.2020: Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter, Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Dark ruby, purple reflections, discreet ochre rim. Delicate tobacco and black berry fruit in the background, dark cherries, fine herby notes, a hint of bergamot. Medium complexity, sweet cherries, well-integrated taut tannins, pronounced fruit on the finish, mineral notes, fresh, still needs some time.
