Tasting from 29.10.2020: Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter, Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Strong ruby core, purple hints of the rim. Discreet wood savouriness, black berry fruit, a hint of nougat and delicate herbal touches. Medium body, red berry fruit concentration, taut tannins. Freshly structured, saline notes and a hint of chocolate on the finish. Generous length, would benefit from further bottle age to reach its best.
