Tasting Notes

Tasting from 05.09.2017: Rainer Schäfer, Thomas Schwitalla und Ulrich Sautter

Smells of olive tapenade, balsamic herbs and wild plum. Soft on the palate, lots of melting and roundness, a slight sweetness behind tactile mineral notes, mild acidity and strong but well-integrated alcohol. A wine that shows the DO with roundness: accessible, but not without typicity.
