Strong carmine garnet, deep color core, ocher rim. Damp undergrowth on the nose, some cassis, a hint of nuts, licorice and dark chocolate. Full-bodied, shows good complexity, fine blackberry confit, present tannins, sweet core, salty minerality on the finish, chocolaty in the aftertaste, good length. Artist label: Larry Rivers.
