Tasting Notes
Deep dark ruby garnet in colour, with a lightly watery rim. Delicate dried fruit notes and a fine herbal savouriness on the nose, with some nougat under the dark berry jam and some finely floral nuances. Clean on the palate, still somewhat closed, but well balanced with cherry jam on the finish. It's sweet and still very, very young, with an intensely chocolaty note in the aftertaste. Very good future ageing potential.
