Tasting Notes

Tasting from 20.04.2018: Peter Moser

This has a deep ruby colour, with purple reflections, and a broad bright rim. With a hint of undergrowth there are aromas of ripe cherries, but also red berry confit, spicy notes, and orange zest. It has a firm texture, a hint of strawberry confit, a pronounced fruit texture, integrated tannins, pepper, a spicy finish, and a dark minerality on the aftertaste. It has development potential.
