Tasting from 08.08.2025: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Distinct, bright amber colour. The nose initially smells of beeswax and glue, followed by notes of candied pineapple and vanilla biscuits. Noticeably sweet on the palate, carried by a compact acidity, with a light grip, glides along gently.
