The red wine Duemani Costa Toscana Rosso IGT, vintage 2019 from the winery Duemani has been rated in 2022 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 98 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Cabernet Franc from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Rich, deep dark ruby with a fine purple sheen. Very clear and memorable nose, resinous cedar, lots of dark berry-fruit, wild raspberry, blackberry and elderberry, with notes of tobacco in the background. Shows a lot of finely meshed tannins on the palate, juicy dark berry-fruit, opens up in a series of layers, energetic and bright, with a firm drive on the finish.
