Tasting from 14.02.2019

Golden yellow, fine sparkling mousse, delicate inviting aroma of roasted almond, quince, dried apricot, with air also of ripe apple fruit. Complex on the palate, powerful, gripping with good length. Fine tannin structure. Rather vinous type that can stand up to a hearty piece of roasted meat.
