Tasting from 14.02.2019

Pale golden yellow, fine mousse, delicate hints of white flowers, lime, underlying herbal notes of tarragon and lemon thyme. Harmonious acidity, juicy and creamy on the palate, refreshingly straightforward. A slightly tart, touch of lemon zest on the finish. An excellent accompaniment to light fish dishes!
