Tasting from 27.11.2017: Peter Moser

A deep dark ruby colour, with an opaque core, purple reflections, and a delicate bright rim. There are hints of dried plum on the nose, as well as nuances of fig, it is a developed bouquet. It has a medium complexity, with a fine spicy underlay, a black berry confit flavour, and a salty minerality on the back palate. It is already easy to drink.
