Ripe red fruit on the nose, black cherry, blackberry and elderberry, smoky notes, spices, gingerbread savouriness, also vanilla. Full-bodied and spicy on the palate, draws on the full, has substance and ripe tannins, not quite dry, sweet extract, modern vinification.
