Delicately spicy bouquet. Clear varietal expression with brilliant fruit aromas of quince, Williams pear and citrus. Wonderfully precise. Powerful, compact taste with a taut acid structure and salty minerality on the finish. Sophisticated, bone-dry style and an excellent partner to a bouillabaisse.
