Tasting from 06.05.2026: Peter Moser, Benjamin Herzog & Dominik Vombach, Ulrich Sautter, Roland Graf (Spirits)

Oxidative sweet wine made from Malvasía Volcánica. Combines the 1956, 1970 and 1997 vintages. Intense, medicinal oxidation notes, herbal extracts (sage), roasted almonds. Sweetish but elegant on the palate, concise, well-balanced acidity. Lingers for a very long time with oxidative nuances.
