Tasting from 17.02.2023: Dominik Vombach, Benjamin Herzog

Elegant nose with notes of plum, raspberry and some cassis. Hints of Christmas spices, cocoa, caramel and elder wood and savoury nuances. Equally elegant on the palate with a silky texture. Ripe acidity, aromas of dark berries and chocolate. Fine-grained tannin, a long finish.
