The red wine Barolo Arione DOCG, vintage 2016 from the winery Enzo Boglietti has been rated in 2020 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Radiant ruby red with a bright centre. On the palate, rich wild strawberries and ripe cherries, a touch of dark minerality, light leather, blood orange. Very polished and elegant, shows a lot of salinity and tightly woven tannin, compact and vivid through to the long finish.
