Bright greenish yellow in colour with silver reflections. On the nose, an attractive, fresh bouquet, reminiscent of ripe Riesling with nuances of quince underpinned with lime zest, a floral touch and some saffron. The juicy palate makes you think of Alsace again: fruity and deep, with fine honey and a touch of caramel on the lengthy finish. A textural food wine.
