Tasting from 29.11.2025: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Elegant, bright ruby red colour with a subtly brightening core. Aromas of dried tomato, fine spices, wood, blood orange and rose hip on the nose, with fine, chalky undertones. Bone-dry and vertical on the palate, with beautiful juiciness and clear red berry fruit, still a little drying on the finish, can and will mature.
