Pale golden yellow with silver reflections. Fine herbal savouriness, nutty touches, a hint of yellow bell pepper, delicate grapefruit zest and gooseberry: and attractive bouquet. Complex, full-bodied palate with white-apple fruit. Mineral and taut, salty, with yellow fruit at the core, calm flow and fine savouriness on the limy finish. Will benefit from further bottle ageing.
