Pale golden yellow with silver reflections. Nuances of orange blossom, a smoky savouriness, very typical terroir notes, minerality and notes of yellow stone fruit and kumquats. Juicy palate with nuances of white peach, finesse-rich acidity and fine yellow fruit on the finish. Lingers for a very long time, mineral with fine salty-lemon notes in the aftertaste. Incredibly complex with enormous length and huge promise for the future.
