Tasting Notes
Light green-yellow in colour. Distinct spiciness of the site, nuances of mandarin, herbs, smoky hints, background with delicate cassis and grapefruit zest. Very tight-knit and mineral on the palate, delicately savoury, ripe yellow fruit flavours underneath, lingers very well, white fruit nuances on the finish, almost peppery aftertaste, very promising, tobacco aftertaste.
