Tasting Notes
Medium yellow-green, silver reflections. Delicate fresh quince fruit, yellow tropical fruit, nuances of gooseberries, a hint of dried herbs, seems somewhat restrained in the bouquet. Powerful, ripe yellow apple fruit, discreet acidity, hints of orange, subtle sweetness on the finish, a sturdy food companion with certain ageing potential.
More about the tastingLight greenish yellow. Unmistakable spiciness of the site, nuances of mandarins, herbs, smoky hints, underlaid with delicate cassis and grapefruit zest. Very tight-knit and mineral on the palate, delicately spicy, ripe yellow fruit notes underneath, remains very persistent, white fruit nuances on the finish, almost peppery aftertaste, very promising, tobacco aftertaste.
