Tasting Notes
Light yellow-green, silver reflections. Fresh white tropical fruit, some mango, peach, lime zest, very bright, open bouquet. Medium body, fine fruit sweetness, seems a bit shy at the moment, elegant, very balanced, DELICATE honey touch, savoury finish, still seems a bit underdeveloped.
More about the tastingMedium yellow-green with silver highlights. Grapefruit notes underpinned by fresh meadow herbs, yellow bell peppers, and a delicate hint of blood oranges. Juicy, powerful, with almost red-berry nuances, ripe tropical fruit, subtle extract sweetness, mineral and persistent, with oranges in the finish; lingers for a long time, peppery spice in the finish; has the potential to age for many years.
