Pale greenish yellow, silver reflections. Delicate yellow tropical fruit, a hint of bell peppers, delicate cassis and herbs, inviting savouriness. Taut, tightly woven, white apple, racy acidity, very lively and animating, white nougat in the aftertaste, a full-bodied food companion, salty lime seaweed in the finish.
