The red wine Vie Cave Toscana Rosso IGT, vintage 2021 from the winery Fattoria Aldobrandesca has been rated in 2024 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Malbec from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Deep dark purple, almost black. The nose initially smells of black bread crust, blackberries, blackcurrants and elderberry mousse, with a slight aftertaste of dried rose petals and coffee grounds. Very fruity on the palate, spreads beautifully over the tongue, gripping, wild, still needs time in the bottle, a good future.
