More about the tastingDark ruby red. Slightly smoky on the nose, dark cherry juice, pepper, roasted herbs, compact and rich, fine precious wood and a slight hint of dark chocolate. Cool fruit core on the palate, firm, somewhat chewy tannins, slightly herbal and spicy, lacks some substance in the middle section, lingers surprisingly long.
