Deep, dark ruby, purple hints. On the nose, rich, dark berries, blackberries, elderberries, raspberry jelly, hints of cold smoke and basil, subtle animalistic notes. Full and rich on the palate, with a good structure, slightly vegetal tannins in the background, good length, somewhat persistent.
