Tasting from 31.10.2024: Othmar Kiem, Simon staffler

Brilliant, rich ruby. Very dense and appealing nose, full of blackberry, some wild blueberry, in the background red beetroot and cold smoke. Juicy, vivid berry fruit dominates the palate, vivid, robust tannin with certain ageing potential, profound, earthy notes on the finish.
