An exquisitely fresh nose blending overtones of ripe lemon and Mirabelle with a hint of dried corn husk. The palate is equally fruity, fresh and bright with a lovely yeasty texture that puts those fruit flavours centre stage. The finish comes with just a little alcoholic heat and vivid freshness.
