Tasting Notes

Tasting from 25.05.2018: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright straw yellow with a slight greenish hue. Appealing nose with fruity notes of gooseberry, elderberry, banana, and also with some minerality. Taut and very fresh, presenting itself straight and cool on the palate, and with a pleasing and exciting style it is long on the finish.
